Anko Mitarashi is a Special Jounin of Kohana. At a young age Orochimaru gave her the curse mark like Sasuke's.

Anko is very loud and, in my opinion, sorta military-like. She's very good at scaring people, especially Naruto. She trained under Orochimaru for many years, learning forbidden jutsus, only to use them against him in the Forest Of Death. Orochimaru told her that if she told anyone he was in Kohana he'd kill her (or something to that effect).
